Shipping & Handling:

For many small items less than 4 lbs, we are offering $9.95 2-day delivery with FedEx. For our customers located in the west and northwest, Hawaii and Alaska, this offers great cost savings!

Free Shipping Over $100: we will choose between ground and 2 day shipping based on the weight of the order. For continuous 48 states, 4 business days is the maximum. For our customers in Illinois, Missouri, parts of Tennessee, Indiana and Kentucky, Memphis area and Kansas city Kansas, ground shipping will be just 1 day.

We offer multiple shipping methods including USPS, Ground 3-4 days, Expedited (2-3 Days) shipping, and Express 1 Day shipping.  All days stated are business days excluding weekends and holidays, although USPS and FedEx Ground Home Delivery may deliver on Saturdays. We may use USPS, FedEx or UPS services depending on transit time and availablility. For Expedited (2-3 Days) shipping we use FedEx 2 Day or USPS Priority Mail. With USPS Priority Mail, it may take 3 days to arrive.

Shipping Time: For orders placed before 3:00pm CST, we will ship out the same day if everything in the order is in stock. For orders placed after 3:00pm CST, we will try, but not guarantee, to ship expedited and express orders on the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.

If you would like to arrange Saturday delivery please call us to discuss before orders are placed.

All FedEx, UPS and USPS delivery terms are determined by the carriers. Their stated days of delivery refer to business days, excluding weekends and holidays. In some areas, some services may not be available.

We are not able to provide USPS flat rate shipping on our website. If you choose to ship USPS Priority Mail and we ship with USPS flat rate service, you qualify for a refund of the difference, less $1.00 handling fee. Please email or call us to get a refund. This is especially helpful for customers in Hawaii and Alaska.

Now you can have packages held at a FedEx Office nearest to you. Just let us know by phone or leave notes in the notes area when you check out! Advantages of this service: you will be notified when the package is available for pick up; you do not need to worry about packages being stolen; it is possible for you to get the package faster than it is delivered; and it does not cost you anything.

For customs in U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, please select your respective state from the "Country" drop down list. You will still be charged for domestic shipping rates if you use USPS services.
