4" Monster diamond fluting wheels are used with Gison's 4" Wet air fluting tool model GPW-222Q, or angle grinders and circular saws. They are used to precisely finish flutes on drain boards, fireplace surroundings and other decorations. The set of fluting wheels come with:

Sintered diamond fluting wheel 30/40 grit (position 1 for rough grooving)
Electroplated diamond fluting wheel 50 grit (position 2 for honing)
Use 100 grit, 200, 400, 800, 1500 and 3000 grit resin bond diamond fluting wheels for polishing

Diameter: 4"
Bore size: 7/8" (22mm)
Thickness: 12mm or 1/2" with 6mm radius

I bought a set of these along with the Gison fluting tool. I did use the first cutting wheel on a 4" wet skilsaw with a few washers to make it fit on a straight edge to get a perfect start. The finish came out good and the customer loved it. Only thing is these are 6mm not 8mm so instead a 5/8 inch runnel it is more like 1/2 inch wide.
