EdgeArt Diamond Router Bits are an efficient, yet low cost option for profiling and polishing granite and concrete countertops. The 5 step profiling & polishing system are composed of 5 positions: position 1 is metal bonded segmented diamond router bit with aggressive diamonds, position 2 is electroplated, position 3, 4 & 5 are polishing wheels. Use the aggressive segmented metal bond position 1 to achieve initial edge profile, then use position 2 to correct the shape and prepare for polishing. The advantage of electroplated diamond router bit is that it does not lose shape during its life so that you can achieve a perfect, wave free edge.
