The DustHoodie dust control system for floor grinders gives contractors an excellent way to prep concrete floors for finishing without creating health hazards (silicosis and hexavalent chromium) from airborne dust or additional work associated with the clean up of dust. The DustHoodie dust control shroud fits most major models of 6 inch thru 9 inch right angle grinders and contains up to 98% of harmful dust. The DustHoodie is fast and easy to install. Simply slip the dust shroud onto the grinder collar and tighten the band clamp. The synthetic fabric dust shroud gives the operator plenty of latitude with regard to the angle when grinding. The Flatboy sanding disc holder is an excellent floor sanding tool to use in conjunction with the DustHoodie and right angle grinders.

The Dusthoodie does not fit 5" or smaller angle grinders because these grinder collars are too small.
