The diamond saucer wheels combine the aggressiveness of vacuum brazed diamond cup wheels and smoothness of diamond polishing pads. With this integral design, rubber backer absorbs the noise and vibration created by steel based diamond cup wheels to give fabricators the smoothest feel, while aggressively shapes and removes material. They are ideal to be used to create small radius by hand, smooth out cuts, and removes materials where necessary. Many fabricators use it to replace the heavy grinding stones. They last many times longer than grinding stones and reduces fatigue. Use it before you use the diamond polishing pads.

120 grit for fine grinding of granite or marble
5/8-11 thread to be attached to polishers/grinders;
Best for grinding edges to prepare for edge or seam polishing;
Brass fitting;
Optimal speed around 4000-5000 RPM;
Wet use preferred to extend life.
